Curiousity

“The cure for boredom is curiosity. There is no cure for curiosity.” ― Dorothy Parker

curious

Are you curious? Do you wonder? If you see something you don’t understand, do you investigate?

When was the last time you did anything for the first time? Yesterday? Last week? I don’t remember. It is time to try something, anything new – today, tomorrow, every day.

Step out of the rut and do something new. Take a different route home. Try something unusual from the grocery store. Pick up a free alternative newspaper and read two articles. Take a walk, run, bike ride. Get up early or sleep in. Break the cycle with a small thing.

Then the possibilities open up. Learn a new language – free online. Attend a meeting in your community. Volunteer somewhere that you have always wanted to or somewhere you have never thought about.

Say something to a friend (something kind) that you have never told them. Share a secret with the one you trust. Make up a story and tell it to a child in your life.

Get involved in an event, a cause, a party. Give some money away. Raise some money for a cause. Celebrate everything remarkable in your life by keeping a list.

Make Today Remarkable, by being curious,

B
