Like most things, if it is important, we find a way to make it happen. Getting up 20 minutes earlier (going to bed 30 minutes earlier) might mean trading TV for rest but if breakfast is the priority, the decision is easy.
Choose what you want to be doing at 7am tomorrow – if it is a nutritious and delicious breakfast, plan today so you are prepared and ready. Like all the things we put at the top of our list, we can plan and execute to make it happen.
